A $ 200 (U.S.) per person deposit will be required to confirm your reservation. Since we are not equipped for credit cards, only personal check or bank transfer will be accepted for downpayment. Deposits are not refundable but should you cancel your hunt, we will accept a replacement hunter at no extra cost.
When we receive your downpayment, we will mail you a letter confirming your reservation and a receipt. 60 days before the hunt, we will also mail you a complete information package, including a detailed itinerary from your home to the camp, a list of equipment to bring, a reminder of the hunting regulations, your statement of account, etc.
The balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
